One to one sessions take place in my practice in central London, near Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations. Usually we would meet fortnightly for one hour or monthly for 90 minutes to two hours. My 2010 third sector discounted fee for coaching, mentoring and non-managerial supervision is £85 per hour. My private sector coaching fee is £200 per hour.
Groups meet for two hours over a light lunch from 1.00 – 3.00 p.m. once a month, also in central London. They are limited to 5 participants in order to ensure that everyone who wants time to speak can at each meeting. Participants generally are CEOs of small and medium sized organisations. The style of the meetings is participatory and explorative, focussed and friendly. There are no lectures or presentations. The group sets the agenda and time is allocated by the number of topics under discussion or by the agreed need of the group.
The group exists for ongoing professional support rather than something to be dipped into and out of. It works best when you attend each one as the relationships can grow and flourish. Your commitment is required to prioritise these monthly meetings in your diary.
The fee for each meeting is £85 and is billed to your organisation in 3 terms of 4 sessions per annum. There is no reimbursement of the fee if you cannot attend a session and a term’s notice is required when you leave.
